Natrona County Circuit Court arraignments (3/24/23)

CASPER, Wyo. — Provided below are the defendants and charges from appearances in Natrona County Circuit Court on Friday, March 24.

Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Nichole Collier presided, while Assistant District Attorney Blaine Nelson represented the state.

All persons entering not guilty pleas or charged with felonies are presumed innocent until convicted or pleading guilty. Official charges are subject to change by the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

Pleas on felony charges are not entered in circuit court, though bond conditions are set.

Also included are pleas to modified charges entered in circuit in court.

Felonies and engrossed misdemeanors (pleas not entered in circuit court)

  • Mark Tuttle, 47 – Aggravated eluding: subsequent convictions
    • $100,000 cash-only bond
  • Sierra Chavez, 28 – Child endangerment with methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine: misdemeanor, possession of Adderall: misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance: misdemeanor
    • $15,000 cash or surety, comply with DFS case plan
  • Christy Borino (YOB: 1975): — Child endangerment with methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine: misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana: misdemeanor
    • $1,250 cash or surety bond

No contest and guilty pleas

  • Tony Oliver, 51 – Failure to appear at bench trial (possession of meth)
    • $500 cash or surety bond

Not guilty pleas

  • Logan Sandoval, 18 – DWUI
    • $500 signature bond
  • Joshua Crook, 33 – Eluding, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
    • $50,000 cash-only bond
  • Shonya Neuman, 52 – Domestic battery
    • $1,000 signature bond

  • Michael Sun Rhodes, 49 – Failure to appear at hearing for failure to pay
