Responsible for daily customer service & operational support duties of Treasury Management systems, products, & services to business clients, including remote deposit capture, ACH, & related electronic banking. Works closely with Client Treasury Services & Electronic Banking/Client Services staff, & Business Development Officer(s) in attaining goals for customer satisfaction & retention. Processes requests including the setup and maintenance of all treasury management products. Troubleshoots incoming & escalated calls which may require solutions of a semi-technical nature. Maintains all Treasury Management customer files in the Bank’s image archive system.   Maintains a detailed tracking system that provides the Bank with a comprehensive list of cash management customers, including products & services utilized by this customer segment. Assists with periodic review of Merchant Source Capture & ACH customers, third party sender service providers, & other users of Treasury Management products. Qualifications include prior bank operations or bank retail experience desired. Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Experience with Fiserv software a plus. Exemplary customer service skills. Excellent oral & written communication skills; ability to interact effectively. Solid attention to detail & problem solving competencies. Time management skills to achieve maximum productivity & meet deadlines.
