Client Relationship Management Representative   |    Full Time

Located at the Main Office. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; occasional Saturday mornings on a rotation basis. Provides personalized banking services to prospective & existing clients. Identifies needs of customers & recommends appropriate financial products & services. Open & maintain checking, savings, time deposits, HSA’s & IRA’s. Promoting and cross-selling other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including: loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services. Welcome clients and escort them to the appropriate person or department for their inquiry. Correspond appropriately and professionally via phone, email or other means. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policy and procedures. Provide Notary Services. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Efficient computer keyboarding skills. MS Office Products: Word, Outlook & basic Excel; ability to learn new software. Knowledge of bank products/prior bank experience desired. Ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees and management. Highly conscientious and ethical with a high regard to the importance of confidential information. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general banking procedures, correspondence, and regulations. Flexible in regard to duties and hours. Reliable attendance record.
