Client Services Representative | Full Time
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Assist customers with account inquiries via telephone, electronic inquiry, in person, and by mail. Explain financial services such as deposit account features, online banking, mobile banking, debit cards. Perform wire transfers, stop payments, balance transfer, account closings. Assist customers with debit card questions and replacement cards.
