Client Service Representative             Main Office       

Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; occasional Saturday mornings. Assist customers with account inquiries & questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in & mail by performing the following duties: Assist customers to obtain information & explain available financial services such as savings/checking accounts, online, mobile banking, debit card inquires & maintenance, wire transfers, security code words, stop payments, reconcilements, balance transfers & account closing. Answer customer questions, investigate & correct errors, & establish/maintain records. Assist e-service clients with ACH processing & general online banking inquiries. Assist customers with debit card questions & issue new debit cards. Excellent written/oral communications skills, including telephone skills, & knowledge of bank products & services. Effective level of initiative & co-operation to work independently. Knowledge of bank operations desirable.
