If you like both people and numbers, join the HR Team at Hilltop! Generalist position working with multiple facets of HR to include bank personnel records, employee benefit plans, and payroll. Completes a variety of HR data reporting. Prior payroll, HR, or group insurance experience desired. Competency for multi-tasking, strong aptitude for figures & high level of accuracy. Analytical & problem solving skills. Excellent computer skills. Capability to work with sensitive information in professional & confidential manner.
