CHEYENNE, Wyo. — James Bollig, a Wyoming inmate, died on Nov. 16 at the Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado, according to a press release by the Wyoming Department of Corrections.
Bollig was convicted of a fourth or subsequent conviction of driving a vehicle under the influence. He was sentenced out of Campbell County by Judge Castano to four to six years on Nov. 23, 2022.
Bolling was incarcerated at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institute.
Bollig was born in Denver, Colorado, on July 7, 1959.
Per WDOC policy, an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death. WDOC does not release protected health information.
