Casper Police are saying that at approximately 2:30 pm, Friday June 23d, officers responded to a crash near the area of West 13th street and Southwest Wyoming Boulevard.
Details are few at this time but police confirm that it was a two-car collision. Â Officers on scene declined to release any information about possible injuries.
As of 5:00 pm, Wyoming Bouldevard from Fairside Road to West 13th street was closed to traffic.  “We know this will be a problem during rush hour traffic,” says Officer Justin Edberg.
Officers encourage planning alternate routes and avoiding the area. Â Edberg said that there is no ETA for closing up the crash site and re-opening the road, and that it could be a matter of hours.
Further details will be released after the crash investigation is completed.
