According to WXYZ (ABC) both Michigan President Mark Schlissel and Michigan State President Samuel Stanley voted to cancel the upcoming 2020 Big Ten college football season.
WXYZ has sourced this to a report from sports broadcaster Dan Patrick.
According to Patrick, both the Big Ten and the and the PAC 12 will cancel their seasons on Tuesday. 10 of the 12 Big Ten presidents voted to cancel the season, with Iowa and Nebraska the only two who voted to play.

According to Patrick, the SEC is trying to get a delay and the ACC and Big 12 are on the fence. Three Big Ten teams have said the season is “done.”
It comes just days after the MAC announced it was canceling the season.
