Over the years, Terry developed many interests including fishing (recently she went ice-fishing in January), boating, camping, cooking and gardening. She was a very active person who cherished being a wife, mother and grandmother.
Terry was preceded in death by her father, Marlind, and her step-father, Kenneth Carter. Survivors include husband Todd of 38 years; her three children, Tyler (Jessica) Burger of Casper, Tamara (Jeff) Thompson of Pace, Florida, daughter Tara Burger (Cody Bughman) of Casper; her mother, Charlotte of Alta, Iowa; brothers Mark (Donna) Haberl of Royal, Iowa, Luke (Nicole) Haberl and Cory Haberl all of Alta, Iowa; sisters, Mary (Burl) Gander of Cushing, Iowa and Gail (Eldon) Finley of Lohrville, Iowa.
