Guillermo Antonio Montes De Oca, 42, passed away on January 17, 2019 in St. Louis, Missouri. Visitation will be at Bustard’s Funeral Home Friday, January 25, 2019 from 6-8PM. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Word Christian Fellowship Church in Casper.
DuWayne “Dewey” Skansberg of Casper passed away on January 20, 2019 after a long illness.

He died peacefully at Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions.
Dewey was born on a farm near Benson, MN on July 29, 1933.
He served in the National Guard and was one of the “Atomic Veterans” who was marched over ground zero after a nuclear bomb exploded at a test range in Nevada.
He married Darlene Hoppe on May 17, 1958, and they had four children.
They moved to Casper in 1976. He is probably best known for his work as a substance abuse counselor in Casper. He treated hundreds of patients and touched the lives of thousands of people across Wyoming.
He is survived by his daughter, Billie Jean Stremel and her husband, Larry and their son, Eric and great-grandson, Erin of Castle Rock, Colorado; his son, Mark Skansberg and his wife, Janet and grandsons, Erik and Brian, of Littleton, Colorado; his daughter, Teresa Wiggins and her husband, Gregg and granddaughter, Amanda, of Phoenix. He also has a grandson, Anthony Skansberg, of Casper. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Ann Johnson of Minnesota.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Darlene; a daughter, Lorrie Anne Cotton; his parents Julius and Myrtle Skansberg; sisters Lorraine, Phyllis, Deloris, Delilah, June and brother, Richard.
There will be a Celebration of his Life at the 12/24 Club at 500 S. Wolcott on Saturday, February 2 at 2:30 pm.

Dwight O. Wicker, 89, of Evansville, Wyoming, passed away Monday, January 21st, 2019 in Littlefield, Arizona.
Dwight was born on April 13th, 1929 in Newcastle, WY to Clifford and Gladys Wicker. Dwight obtained his GED in Casper, WY. He served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in January of 1957. Dwight was a heavy equipment operator and owned and operated D.O. Wicker Construction. He married Gladys Tronstad-Johnson on December 16th, 1958 at United Methodist Church in Casper, WY. He loved rock hunting, especially for jade. He enjoyed fishing and camping with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Dwight was a man of integrity, a hard worker, devoted to his family, and loved Jesus and lived by His Word.
Dwight is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Gladys Wicker; Son, Jessie Johnson; 8 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Cralotta Spaniol; and son, Lonnie Johnson.
A Funeral Ceremony with Military Honors are pending at this time at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery.
