Ethan Thomas Leroy Moore, 19, passed away on March 27, 2019 in Casper, Wyoming. He was born on October 19, 1999 in Casper to Richard and Sara Moore.
Ethan attended Casper School and was employed by Discount Garage Door & KP Ranch
He loved fast cars, fishing and spending time with his friends.
Ethan is survived by his father, Richard Moore and mother, Sara Moore both of Casper; grandmother, Gloria Moore of Story, WY; sisters, Amelia Jesse of Casper and Adika Moore of Deadwood, South Dakota; niece Mayvee Beckstead and nephew, Leo Beckstead both of Casper.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Roy Moore of Story, and great grandmother, Mildred Losinger of Casper.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Bustard’s Funeral Home Chapel in Casper.
Memorial donations may be made in Ethan’s name to J.R. Hunt for Life at 2911 Garden Creek Road, Casper, WY 82601.
Kelly Anne Morgan
Kelly Anne Morgan was born on October 18, 1978 to Kerry and Patricia Morgan in Wyoming .
She was the youngest of 4 daughters. Kelly spent her childhood moving around Wyoming with her family. In the 90’s, the family moved to Sheridan, Wyoming where Kelly attended and graduated high school.
It was there that she also met the love of her life Jason Haugen. Kelly and Jason moved to Pinedale and had two beautiful daughters, Emma Roan and Gillanne Poe. Kelly was musical, artistic and had a beautiful soul. She will truly be missed.
Kelly is proceeded in death by her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Katherine Blongien, her paternal grandparents, Dale and Bernice Morgan, and her aunt, Margaret Davis. She is survived by her parents, Kerry and Patricia Morgan, her sisters Kara (Jeff) Baker, Jamie (Tina) Morgan, and Shelly (John) Devoss, her loving partner Jason Haugen and 2 daughters, Emma and Gillianne, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sally was born October 13, 1955 in Denver, Colorado. She passed away peacefully March 28, 2019 at Sagebrush House on the Nowcap Campus, Casper, WY.
Services will be held in her honor at Oregon trail Veterans Cemetery Chapel at 11 am., Friday, April 5, 2019. We welcome all to come and share her memory. A light lunch will be provided afterward at Nowcap Campus main building, N. Walsh Drive.

Darwin Gene Covey, born August 25, 1960 in Woodstock, Illinois, died in Casper, Wyoming on March 27, 2019. Darwin lived in Wyoming for 35 years. He loved Wyoming and being in the mountains. He enjoyed working on his Dodge pickup trucks and was a great gardener. His four Pomeranian dogs were his children. Darwin will be so missed.
He leaves behind his best friend and companion for the last 6 years, Edie; mother, Darlene Taylor; sister, Sherry Caudle; brother, Randy Taylor; and many nieces and nephews.
