Riley Owen Beck

Riley Owen Beck, 22, passed away July 30th 2019.

He is preceded in death by his Aunt, Sonya Lynn Johnson and his Uncle, Justin Earl Myers. He is survived by his parents, Shelia and David Licursi and Dale and Jessica Beck. Siblings, Bailey Casebolt, Rikki Carmichael, Ashley Licursi, Donovan Beck, Brenden Licursi and Sara Beck. Also, nieces Hadleigh Casebolt and Lilleigh Casebolt.

Riley was a student at Casper College majoring in Nursing. He worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Wyoming Medical Center. Riley enjoyed hiking, long boarding and spending time with his family. He was an avid music lover and played the drums. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 10th at 3pm at The Pump Room. 739 N. Center St. Casper WY, 82601.


James Irwin Burgess

James Irwin Burgess, 61, died peacefully in his sleep at the Hospice of Laramie. 

Jim was born on February 3, 1958 in Sheridan, Wyoming to William and Virginia Burgess. 

He was currently employed with FDL Operating L.L.C as an IT Manager for the past 3 years, and he previously worked for different companies in the Salt Creek Field: K-Ten Well Service, Amoco Production, Howell Petroleum, and Anadarko. While living in Sheridan, Jim was a manager at Shakeys Pizza; he also worked at A-1 Electric and Radio Shack/Peak Electronics. Jim was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Casper.

Jim devoted his life to caring for others, especially his wife Pattie and family. More than anything, Jim had a deep faith that led him to pass peacefully into God’s loving embrace. 

Jim was the director of Salt Creek Community Rec for 20 years, Boy Scout Leader, and avid Denver Broncos fan. Jim was also involved with United Way.

Jim met the love of his life, Pattie, while attending Sheridan High School. He graduated from there in 1976, and they married in 1978.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, William and Virginia Burgess; brothers, Bob Burgess, Kenny Burgess, and Scott Burgess; sisters, Linda Hilterbrand and Penny Clawson; and granddaughter, Hannah Lee.

He is survived by his wife Pattie of 41 years; daughters Angela (Kris) Sitachitta of Spring, TX, Candi (Jay) Lee of Casper and Kimberly (Chris) Redmond of Casper; grandsons, Miles Sitachitta, Eian Lee, Elijah Redmond; granddaughters, Monica Sitachitta and Heidi Lee; sister, Mary Hackworth; nephews, Joey Haskell and Kenny Burgess; nieces, Tiffany Hackworth and Michell Hackworth, Ruth Foster.

A funeral Service will be held 2:30 P.M., Thursday, August 8, 2019 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Casper. 
Memorials may be made to the Salt Creek Community Rec in Midwest, Wy. Or donate to his granddaughter’s fundraiser to attend Soccer camp in Barcelona, Spain.


Curtis J. Kindt

Curtis J. Kindt, age 59, passed away on August 4th 2019 in Casper, WY surrounded by family. 

Curt was born on May 4th, 1960 in Riverton, WY to the late George and Joan Kindt. Curt was the oldest of two children. 

In 1969 the family moved to Glenrock, WY, where Curt resided until the time of his death. 

Curt graduated from Glenrock High School in 1978, where he was active in the high school rodeo club as a saddle bronc rider. 

Curt married Mary Kay Federer in September 12, 1992. They had one daughter, Kaylynn, who was born on October 17, 1993. Extended family include: Carl (Ashley) Federer of Glenrock, Jake Federer of Glenrock, and James Federer of Cheyenne. 

Curt worked for numerous companies as an equipment operator. Curt was also a welder and a hunting guide. 

Survivors include his daughter – Kaylynn (AJ), granddaughter Reagan of Glenrock, sister – Deb (John) Huxtable of Glenrock, nephew – Tom (Kayce) Huxtable of Casper, niece – Misti (Ross) Allen of Glenrock, and several cousins and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his wife (Mary Kay), mom (Joan) and dad (George), and many other family and friends. 

Services will be held at Bustard’s Funeral Home at 10:00 am, Thursday, August 8. Luncheon will follow at the Deer Creek Dance Hall on Deer Creek Road.
