Wanda Diane Forsyth (77), born in Orlando, FL April 19, 1942, to Lee French and Kathleen (Clapper) French, passed away un-expectantly on September 3, 2019 in Casper, WY.
Diane, her preferred name, left Orlando, FL after graduating HS and went to work in Washington DC as a travel agent with the Pentagon. She then later moved to Colorado where she met her husband, Albert Forsyth of 44 years before his passing in 2012. She then moved from Buena Vista, CO to Casper, WY in 1976 with her family, where she worked as a Dispatcher for the Casper Police Department, Natrona County Sherriff’s Office, and the Evansville Police Department spanning 12 years. She then moved back to Longmont, CO in 1992 working for Leaning Tree Cards until 2012 when she moved back to Casper, WY until her passing.
Diane enjoyed photography, traveling across Wyoming and Colorado to find the perfect picture. She enjoyed animals, owning many dogs, cats, and horses over her lifetime.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents; Lee French, Kathleen (French) Price, and her husband Albert Forsyth.
Diane is survived by her seven children; Sherri Bain, Jim (Madeleine) Forsyth, Eric (Evelyn) Forsyth, Roby (Susan) Forsyth, Dwaine Forsyth, Lori (Carl) Ingram, Shannon Forsyth, 12 Grandchildren, and Five Great-grandchildren, Her brother Mark (Ruth Ann) Crowder, and her sister Cheryl (Dave) Smith.
Everett “Sonny” Rhone
May 18, 1943-September 8, 2019
Sonny has gone on to join the love of his life, his wife Donna. He leaves behind two beautiful daughters, Amanda and Josh Roehr of Thornton, Colorado and their three children, Deacon, Lucy and Stella. Samantha and Bobby Reisinger of Evans, Colorado and their son Easton Robert. One sister, Jackie Osborne of Billings, Montana. Countless nieces and nephews. Two sister-in-law’s, Janie Richardson and husband Bob Richardson of Worland, Wyoming, and Connie Lynch and husband Rick Lynch of Gillette, Wyoming.
Sonny served in the military with pride during the Vietnam conflict. He was awarded several citations, upon completion of his service, he was honorably discharged from the military.
Sonny worked in oil related business for many years, in countless countries all over the world.
Sonny loved to fish, his work, and spending time with his family. In the later years of his life, he found great enjoyment and fulfillment from his grandchildren.
While living most of life in Casper, Wyoming he has very dear friends in Sydney, Montana as well multiple other places across the country. Sonny will be greatly missed by everyone he met; his tenacity for life and hardworking mentality touched many hearts.
Services will be held at Newcomer’s Funeral Home in Casper, Wyoming on September 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM. Procession to Highland Cemetery to follow where he will be placed with his loving wife.
Celebration of Life will be held at Yellowstone Garage in Casper, Wyoming on September 20, 2019 at 3:00 PM.
Gerald “Jerry” Edward Bullock, 84, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Monday, September 9, 2019.
Jerry was born to the late Edward Franklin and Eileen Barnette (Beagle) Bullock on March 13, 1935 in Canisteo, NY. He married his wife, Diane Mary Schwenn in 1959 at Assumption Parish in Syracuse, NY. In the following years they had 3 boys; Stephen Joseph, Timothy Edward, and David Gerald Bullock.
Jerry owned Ad signs in Syracuse, NY. He and his family moved to Casper, Wyoming in 1976 where he continued in the sign business for a few years. He then went to Truck driving School and continued in the transportation business until he retired. During his retirement he opened Jerry’s Detail and Car Wash. After he closed the detail shop he and his wife started their bucket list up until her passing in 2012. He moved back to Casper from Glenrock, Wyoming after her passing. Jerry continued with their bucket list with a travel companion up until his passing.
Jerry Bullock is survived by 3 sons: Stephen Joseph (Marilyn E. Bullock) and Timothy Edward Bullock of Casper, Wyoming, and David Gerald Bullock (Katelyn Rea Bullock) of Green Acres, Oregon. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Eileen Bullock, his wife, Diane Mary Bullock, a granddaughter, Nikkea Diane Bullock and a great grandson, Tristen.
There will not be a service held at this time. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donation be made out to the Cancer Foundation.
