Lucas Franklin Klein: March 1, 1993 ~ February 20, 2020 (age 26)
Lucas Franklin Klein passed on February 20, 2020 at the age 26. There will be services for him in both Wyoming and in Utah at later dates. Lucas was born in Denver Colorado on March 1, 1993 as a 10 lb baby. As a child he spent time in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah before making his home in Casper, Wyoming at the age of 14.

Lucas was a jack of all trades and good at anything he tried. He had many passions but music, snowboarding, skate boarding, fishing, and drumming truly made him happiest. He loved all animals and especially his cats He had devotion and dedication to the NFL team Raiders his entire life. #raidernation #kleinstein #buru3193 #booka #simpleman
Lucas was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. He touched many lives and anyone who met him wanted to be his friend. Lucas will be extremely missed by everyone.
Lucas is survived by Father Kurt F. Klein of Casper, WY, Mother Margaret Dunbar-Reinhold of Colorado Springs, CO and Step-Father Kevin Reinhold, brother Matthew Manwaring of Pleasant Grove, Utah, and cousin Kaycee Klein of Casper, WY.
He is proceeded in death by Grandfather Fred C. Klein, Grandmother Jananne Cook.

Michael B (Mike) McDowell passed away on February 27, 2020 in Glendale, Arizona. He was born in Casper on January 11, 1944 to C.R. (Mac) and Barbara (née Bond) McDowell. He grew up in Casper graduating from NCHS. He attended Casper College, the University of Wyoming and the University of Arizona where he received a degree in business.
He married Jo Shook in 1967 and they had a son, Todd McDowell, He was divorced in 1983. He married Bonnie Jones in May,1987. Bonnie preceded him in death in December,1999.
He was employed by the First Interstate Bank System while attending college in Tucson and after graduating from college in Glendale Arizona. He left in 1985. In 1990 he went to work for the Federal Depository Insurance Corporation in Midland, Texas and Connecticut assiting with bank closings in the regions.
He retired to Green Valley, Arizona in 2000 and later to Munds Park, Arizona where he resided at the time of his death.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Berrie Williams. He is survived by his son Todd of Peoria, Arizona, stepdaughter Eddi Fish of Gold Canyon, Arizona, sister, Barbara Gish (Dick) of Denver and brother Bill McDowell of Casper and nieces and nephews.
At his request no services will be conducted. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, Az. 85014.
Roger Joseph Magaro, age 59, of Casper, passed away February 22, 2020 at Central Wyoming Hospice. Roger was born May 31, 1960 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Roger and Mary (Burgstresser) Magaro. Roger served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He loved driving his truck cross country to deliver flowers between San Diego and Boston. He was passionate about farming, ranching, and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He enjoyed animals. The loves of his life were his daughters.
In addition to his parents, Roger was also preceded in death by his aunt, Gayle. He is survived by his daughters, Lalita Magaro, Emma (Felix) Garcia, Tamara Magaro, Merrysa Janzen, grandchildren, Emmanuel and Elijah Vercher, Julianna, Catalina, and Evan Garcia, sister, Marie Couture, and guardian, Doug (Constance) Lake.
A service will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Hillview Funeral Chapel – Gustine Location, in California with Military Honors and interment to follow at San Joanquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella, CA.
Memorial contributions may be made to Central Wyoming Hospice in Roger’s memory.
