Jeffrey Curtis Conley: March 15, 1965 ~ May 25, 2020 (age 55)
Jeffrey Curtis Conley “Jeff”, 55 of Casper, Wyoming passed away suddenly on Monday, May 25, 2020. He was born on March 15, 1965 in Pearisburg, Virginia to Curtis Calvin and Jacqueline Sue (Martin) Conley.

Jeff was a Superintendent at T.I.C. for 20 years. He married Kelley Ann Moffett on January 25, 2003 in Hot Springs, Arkansas up on a mountain. He enjoyed fishing, camping, rock climbing, building, welding and gardening.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Kelley; his mother Jacqueline; children Joel Conley of Decatur, Illinois, Amanda Fisher and husband Adam of Decatur, Illinois, Sarah McChesney and husband Chris of Macon, Illinois, Danielle Hubner and husband Joe of Shelbville, Illinois, Devin Miller and wife Tiffany of Cincinnati, Ohio, Taylor McCall and husband Evan of Casper, Wyoming and Emily Hand of Casper, Wyoming; grandchildren Brynna, Bennett & Baylonna Conley, Alden and Ansley Fisher, Hannah, Courtney and Alexis Hubner, Mackenzie, Katelyn, and Lucas Miller and Kyran McCall.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Paradise Valley Christian Church with Pastor Larry Berlin officiating.

Arnold “Bruce” Shippert, 55, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at his home in Bar Nunn, Wyoming. Bruce was born May 22, 1965 to Dossie and Edith Shippert in Casper, Wyoming. Bruce graduated from Midwest High School and went on to Cameron University in Lawton, OK and attended Casper College. After high school, Bruce enlisted in the US Army and was honorably discharged in 1985.
Bruce worked as an electrician for Modern Electric, ITC Electrical and various other companies in Casper. He was a long standing member of the IBEW. Bruce was an avid outdoor enthusiast, he loved hunting, fishing, photography and gardening. He loved life and his family especially his two daughters.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Rita Shippert and Gregory Clarkson.
He is survived by his daughters, Gianna Shippert-Siqueiros and Kira Shippert-Siqueiros both of Hesperia, CA; loved by, Melissa Siqueiros; Mitch and Sonnie Rodenburg; Jonathan, Christopher, Billy Clarkson, Nicolette Siqueiros, Robert Martinez, Sarah Siqueiros, Kristiana Siqueiros and his sister, Marilyn Anderson.
The family will receive friends and family 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Monday, June 1, 2020 at Newcomer Casper Chapel.
Sara Lynn Lambrix was born on December 26, 1983, in Ventura, California. When Sara was two her family moved into a house in Port Hueneme, California. Sara attended Bard Elementary, E.O. Green Middle School and graduated in 2002 from Hueneme High School.
Sara was named after the Hall and Oates song “Sara Smile” and smile she did. She even won a smiling contest when she was three.
When her family decided to move to Wyoming, Sara came along. She worked at many different jobs until she attended the Climb Wyoming Program where she received a certificate in welding. She worked at Woodward Precision and most recently Flannery West as a machinist.
While growing up Sara played softball, was on the Hueneme High School swim team and even bowled on a league for kids with her brother for a couple of years. She loved family camping trips to El Capitan and Millerton Lake while in California, and after moving to Casper Alcova Lake was a favorite destination.
Sara loved the water, the moon and the stars. She loved to write poetry. She loved music and to sing and dance. She loved to snuggle and take naps. She loved the Dallas Cowboys, but most of all Sara loved spending time with her family.
Sara is survived by her son, Sully Lambrix, her parents, John and Sue, her brother and sister-in-law, Jacob and Jessica, her 3 nephews, Dillan, Justin and Jace, her grandmother and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, grandfather, two aunts and a cousin.
