Debra Kay Carrillo: September 4, 1954 ~ November 23, 2020 (age 66)
Debra (Dee) K. Carrillo, age 66, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 23, 2020, at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY, surrounding by her closest family.

Dee was born September 4, 1954, in Durango, CO, to Tito and Patricia (Salizar) Romero. Dee married the love of her life, Gilberto Carrillo.
Dee worked various jobs in restaurants and cafes, as a housekeeper in the hospital, a homemaker to herself and other families, and in telemarketing.
Dee’s most enjoyable career was helping to raise her nieces and nephews. Dee had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. Everyone knew Dee as a compassionate, loving person, who “took everyone in, and took care of everyone.” Dee had the ability to make anyone’s day, with her cooking and her smile.
Dee is survived by her brother Kenny Romero and wife, Sue, sister Marilyn Miller and husband Matt, brother Michael Romero, numerous nieces and nephews, and all of her adopted children and grandchildren, including Corliss Miller and Declan Miller.
Services will be held at a later date.
Barbara Zellner: January 19, 1943 ~ November 24, 2020 (age 77)
In loving memory of Barbara J Zellner Age 76. She was born on January 19, 1943 in Swartz Creek, Michigan.
She Went to be with the lord on November 24th, 2020, in Casper Wyoming.
A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.

Dino Sanchez: July 15, 1959 ~ November 28, 2020 (age 61)
It is with a heavy heart that we have to let you know that our husband, father, grandfather and friend Dino Sanchez gained his angel wings Saturday evening with his wife and son by his side.
Dino was born to Mary and Alfonso Sanchez on July 15, 1959 in Rawlins, Wyoming.
He met the love of his life in 1976. Soon after, they got married in 1980 and had three beautiful children.
Dino loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren – who were the light of his life.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Charlene; children, Adrienne Sanchez and Kim Sanchez, and Mathew and Nicole Sanchez; 7 grandchildren, Robert, Isiaha, Noah Flores and Alexzandria, Izabella, Matison,Jordan; sister Kathy and Richard Halverson, and brother Ricky Sanchez.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Mary and Alfonso; sisters, Jennifer and Rita Sanchez, Deborah and Ray Garcia, brother, Sammy; Father-in-law, Arsenio Gonzales, and Nephews, Little Ray and Joshua.
Services will be Monday Dec 7, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. The rosary will begin at 10am with the funeral to follow. Due to covid restrictions please wear your masks and remain the 6ft apart. Seating will be limited.
Carlotta E. Harrington: 1929 – 2020
Long time Casper resident, Carlotta Ella Harrington, died peacefully Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center at the age of 91. She was born in Casper on June 11, 1929, to Boyd and Ella Osborn.
She graduated from Natrona County High School in 1947 and met her future husband, Neil Harrington, while attending Casper College in the same building. They were married on August 5, 1950. To that union were born David, Nancy, and Michael.
She is survived by her husband, Neil, children, David and Nancy, 3 grandchildren, 7 great-grand children, and one great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, and son, Michael.
The family lived in Laramie, Buffalo, Sheridan, Clearmont, and Mabton, Washington before moving to Casper 1965.
She was an active member of the United Methodist Church and for 21 years served as the director of the First United Methodist Church Thrift Shop.
A memorial service was held at the First United Methodist Church on Wednesday, December 2, at 2 p.m.
Donald J. “Don” Swanton: 1931 – 2020
Donald Swanton passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper surrounded by his family.
Born August 9, 1931 in Casper, He was the son of William J. and Nora J. (Tobin) Swanton, Irish immigrants, who were pioneer sheep ranchers in Casper. He was preceded in death by his parents, and was the last survivor in a family of seven children.
He served four years in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Don graduated from St. Anthony’s School, Natrona County High School, Casper College, and the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law.
Don met and married his wife, Wanda Yohe Swanton in 1959 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. For 26 years he was employed at First Interstate Bank in the Trust Division. He is survived by his beloved wife, Wanda (Yohe) Swanton; daughter, Mary Swanton; and son, Tom (Lori) Swanton.
A rosary vigil will be recited at 5:00 PM, Friday, Dec. 11, 2020 at Newcomer Casper Chapel. A funeral mass will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, Dec. 12, 2020 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Private burial services will be held at Highland Cemetery.
