Douglas Neil Lake: 1971 – 2021
Douglas Neil Lake was born on September 09, 1971 in Casper Wyoming to Grover James Lake and Charlene Rose Huffman.

Doug went home on May 29, 2021. Doug was a loving Father, Grandfather, Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Dear Friend to so many.
He graduated high school from Kelly Walsh High School in 1989 and a few years later married his first love Robin Seevers on August 30, 1995. Doug loved to travel the world, he also enjoyed being a father, grandfather, and he sure loved to cook.
If he were to be remebered for one thing that would be his love for showing his family and friends all the wonders of life. Wheather it be going to Mexico, going fishing, hunting, teaching you to cook, play a sport or just down right showing you a good time, Doug was always there ready to take you away! He loved his Sports, his music, cooking, and his lady-killing Croc shoes. He also adored many cooking and travel shows.
Doug spent his younger adult years being a wonderful father, provider, and a loving husband. Regaurdless of what life would throw at him Doug would always find a way to take care of his sick daughter Kenda and still happily provide for his family daily.
Doug prided himself on a superior work ethic and boy was it on point. At this time he worked for Lathrops in sales and loved what he did for a living. As he got older he changed carrers and satrted employment at Western Sling and Supply Co. Doug took a lot of pride in the many years and dedication he put into the company.
Doug began to travel as much as he could and spend precious hours with his grandchildren, taking them sledding, to play his iconic drum set, or to go buy spongebob ice creams from Loaf N Jug. They kept him on his toes and he loved showing them expiriences.
Doug is preceded in death by his Grandmother (Georgia), Father (Jim), Stepfather (Pete), and his Daughter (Kenda Rae). Doug is survived by his Mother (Charlenne)(Tad), Daughter (Brittany), Son-in-Law (Maurice), His five grandchildren (Ray) (Dayton) (Jayce) (Gabriel) (Londyn), Brother (Charlie), Sister (Crystal) (Bob), Sister (Christina) (Shaun), Former Spouce (Robin), his two little dogs (Bella) (Rosa), many more cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Doug will be missed dearly. “Cow Pie Dad” Till we see you agian.
Doug’s services will be held June 06, 2021, at Newcomers Funeral Home at 710 East Second Street Casper Wyoming 82601 1:00 MDT.
In leiu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Wyoming Recovery in Doug’s name.
John “Jeff” Wilson: February 15, 1951 ~ May 31, 2021 (age 70)
John Jeffery (Jeff)] Wilson, 70, of Buffalo, WY, passed away on May 31, 2021 in his home.
Jeff was born in Aberdeen, SD to John and Cherie Wilson-Casey on February 15, 1951. He went to high school at Mounds View Senior High and graduated in 1969. He went on to earn a certificate in Business/Upholstery from Century College. He worked as an Electrical Project Manager for several electrical companies for more than 26-years. His favorite job was working as a Museum Guide at Fort Phil Kearney in Banner, WY sharing his love of history with anyone who would listen and when visitors would ask questions it made his day.
He enjoyed being with his family and his friends. Jeff loved horses and was a horse whisperer in his own right. Jeff was a patriot, an honorable man, an authentic friend and someone whose integrity was unshakeable.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Adelaide “Addie” (Sand) Wilson, Buffalo, WY. Jeff is survived by his children Heather Wilson, Natalie Wilson-Haugen, Jesse Wilson (Lacey) and Zachary Wilson. Jeff is survived by his sisters Jackie (Larry) Lehman and Judi Neumann and nephews and nieces Dale Neumann (Colleen), Curt Lehman, Lexie Lehman, Obie Wilson (Debbie), Sonny (Jill) Wilson, Benjamin Wilson, and Kadie Wilson. Jeff is survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jeff is preceded in death by his grandparents, parents and brother, Timothy Arthur (Paula).

Thomas Russell: 1952 – 2021
Thomas Russell, age 68, passed away on May 28, 2021.
Thomas Eugene Russell was born in Dennison, Texas on September 17, 1952. He started working at age 15 as a dishwasher in Gillette, Wyoming, then went to Job Corps in Montana. He got a degree in Culinary Arts and became a chef, working in a select few restaurants in Casper, Wyoming. His passions were collecting Eagles and Broncos Football memorabilia. His favorite color was orange.
On February 22, 1992, Thomas married the love of his life, Lorelei Reigert. They were married for 22 wonderful years until her passing in November, 2014.
Thomas is preceded in death by his wife, Lorelei; nephew, Timmie Downing; brother, Ricky Joe Russell; father, Oliver Russell; grandparents, Lester and Lois Boylan; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is survived by his mother, Betty L. Keane; sisters, Deborah (Flint) Downing and Sherrie (Bruce) Lopez; niece, Tammie (JJ) Carnline and children, Shawn and Jessica Carnline; nephews, Josh (Amanda Lopez) and daughter, Alexis, Ross Lopez and daughter, Isabella, Adam (Jessie) Lopez and children, Kashis and Colina); great-niece, Paige Downing Huerta; best friends, Paul and James, who were his roommates for years during his time at Shepherd of the Valley; and the nurse Thomas loved like family, his bonus niece, Freedom.
Thomas loved life. He was always happy and made friends so easily. Rest in peace, Thomas Eugene Russell. You will be missed dearly by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting you.
A service in Thomas’ honor will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Boyd Avenue Baptist Church.
Cremation has taken place through Newcomer Funerals and Cremations in Casper.
