• This position requires that the employee successfully completed a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program that included qualifying clinical rotations.
• This position requires that the employee possess a doctoral degree from a CAPTE-accredited college/university in Physical Therapy (DPT). For therapists that have been in practice greater than 15 years, the employee must possess a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or transitional DPT from a CAPTE-accredited college/university.
• This position requires that the employee possess and maintain State of Wyoming PT licensure.
