WyoCentral Coloring Contest

CASPER, Wyo. — WyoCentral Federal Credit Union wants to help educate the youth in our community prepare for their futures through financial education. That’s why they are inviting all youth members of the public to open a savings deposit and begin learning.

Every child that creates a savings deposit will be eligible for prizes and financial education opportunities available through the bank to learn common financial concepts kids should understand including saving, spending, charitable giving, investing, and budgeting.

The theme for this year’s Youth Month is “Money Magic. Share, Spend and Save at Your Credit Union”. WyoCentral Federal Credit Union aims to serve as an important ally for parents in their mission to teach their kids to be financially responsible and that’s why they are holding a coloring contest for children ages 0-18 to celebrate.

Pick up either a teen or moolah/youth coloring sheet from WyoCentral, color it, take a picture (use the Twitter hashtag #wyocentralyouth when you post), and then drop it back off. Two winners from each age group will be selected with the 1st prize winner getting $50 added to their savings deposit and the 2nd place winner receiving $25. Submissions are due by April 30th and the winners will be announced May 1st.
