This year’s Chocolate Walk is on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
With the holiday season now in full swing, it’s time to start shopping for presents for your family and friends. The Chocolate Walk is the perfect incentive to head downtown and shop local. By visiting stores participating in the Chocolate Walk, you can be entered to win one of three great prize baskets.
Shoppers who visit participating stores will also be supporting a great cause. The Downtown Chocolate Walk Businesses are donating to homeless teens in Casper via Student Support Services at the Natrona County School District.
On December 3rd, stop by one of the designated Passport Pickup locations between 5-8 p.m. to get your passport. After you pick up your passport, visit each participating store to get a stamp. Once passports are filled out, they must be turned in to one of the Passport Drop Off locations. Those who successfully turn in a filled-out passport will be entered into a drawing to win one of three gift baskets. This year, there is also a special child passport and basket.

Passport Drop Off Locations: FC Outlet, The Cadillac Cowgirl, and Gear Up
Passports must be dropped off before Saturday, December 5th, at 4:00 p.m. and winners will be drawn via live video at 5:00 p.m. on the Shop Downtown Casper Facebook page.
- Grand Prize Basket is valued at approximately $500 and includes a one-night stay at the Ramkota Hotel in a suite with dinner included
- 2nd Prize Basket is valued at approximately $300 and includes a pool party at the Ramkota Hotel
- 3rd Prize Basket is valued at approximately $150
*Participants must be 21 and older to win an adult basket.
Participants can get their passport(s) stamped at the following businesses. These businesses will also offer special discounts for those who shop at their store during the Chocolate Walk.
- Steamboat Deli & Outlet: Chocolate Chip cookies and Mexican Hot Chocolate; 10% off all items that are not marked on sale.
- Fashion Crossroads: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink specials partnering with Backwards Distilling Company. Proceeds to benefit homeless teens in Casper. 25% off all regularly priced merchandise purchased between 5-8 p.m.
- FC Outlet: Drinks and treats; 20% off storewide between 5-8 p.m.
- Floral Rhino: Hot Cocoa and treats; 10% off store wide.
- Galleria of Gifts: Chocolate Pecan Pie samples; 15% off store wide.
- Rialto Soda Fountain: Chocolate Peppermint Cookie samples; 10% off anything chocolate.
- Donells Candies: Free Hot Chocolate.
- The Cadillac Cowgirl: Partnering with Wyoming Bootlegger Liquor, pick an ornament for a discount.
- Gear Up: Drinks from Wyoming Bootlegger Liquor. Proceeds to benefit homeless teens in Casper. 20% off storewide (excluding bikes) and buy one get one ½ off the marked down price on clearance items between 5-8 p.m.
- David Street Station: Chocolate Rice Krispies treats; $1.00 off Ice Skating coupons will be offered valid for the month of December.
- Toy Town: Chocolate candy; special table set up with sale items with all proceeds going to charity.
- Sierra West: A table of candy; their Christmas shop is officially open!
- A Place for Passion: Chocolate treats; 10% off storewide.
- Wyoming Shirt and Gift: Chocolate and cookies; 10% off storewide.
- The Shade Tree Boutique: $2.00 Hot Cocoa Bombs with all proceeds from Adult Chocolate Bomb purchases going to homeless teens. 10% off storewide.
