Prairie Field Services is seeking people who are in it for the long haul. They provide high-paying, sustainable, and various exciting hauling careers that likely fit any one individual’s unique needs. The Prairie Pulse will feature five videos focusing on the support available for drivers and the teamwork that exists at Prairie Field Services.
Kirk Dawson started out as a tire tech, and six months later he was given the opportunity to be a mechanic. Looking toward the future, Dawson wants to advance his career with Prairie Field and is participating in the CDL school that they’re offering. Prairie is paying Dawson to go through this four-week program and then he will be able to be a crude hauler for them.
Dawson shares that there are over 80 years of experience on the floor between different mechanics. The team at Prairie Field has been very helpful in answering questions and providing support.
From day one, new drivers will be supported by an entire team, including mechanics like Dawson. All positions work together to ensure the success and safety for every employee at Prairie Field Services.
