“GROUNDED – Restoring our world through a Sacred Harmony with the earth and each other” is a touring exhibition of 15 contemporary artists from Indigenous American tribes traditionally based in and around the Great Plains.
On Saturday, Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at the Nicolaysen Art Museum in Casper, see artwork by 15 exceptional Indigenous American contemporary artists from eight tribes in and around the Great Plains. Plus, meet some of the artists, hear a presentation from Bishop Paul-Gordon Chandler and celebrated N. Arapaho artist Robert Martinez, together with food of Native fare, sacred drumming and cedaring of artwork.
