The bear was seen last month after tipping multiple garbage cans and feeding on the contents. It was seen over the next several days wandering residential areas and eating from trash bins.
On Wednesday morning, the bear was observed pulling planks from residential fencing before climbing into different backyards in search for food. The bear was watched by several juveniles who had been in a tent in one of the backyards, according to the release.
