CASPER, Wyo. — The Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments announced on Thursday, July 30 that they are seeking proposals for development of state trust lands in Teton County.
State Lands and Investments say they are seeking proposal which “would maximize the value of the parcel to the greatest extent possible.” During their spring session, the Wyoming Legislature passed legislation requiring the Office of State Lands and Investments to seek development proposals for school and state trust lands in Teton County.

The Office of State Lands and Investments provides a list of state trust land parcels in Teton County for which they are seeking development proposals.
“Any person may submit a proposal to the office for consideration,” State Lands and Investments says.
