CASPER, Wyo. — A controlled burn on a property in Uinta County got out of hand and firefighters had to respond to the blaze on Tuesday, April 21.
Uinta County Fire and Ambulance said that Evanston Fire responded to the fire on Yellow Creek Road on Tuesday afternoon.
“A controlled burn on the property escaped containment and burned along the backside of a garage/shop before the structure became fully involved,” Unita Couny Fire and Ambulance said.

The National Weather Service in Riveton said on Tuesday that drier weather conditions and winds could “provide rapide fire behavior today and Wednesday.”
