CASPER, Wyo. — A power outage has been reported in the Casper Mountain and Rotary Park areas. The cause is still currently under investigation, but power is estimated to be restored before noon, according to Rocky Mountain Power.
The outage is currently affecting 184 customers of the power company, mostly in the Rotary Park area.
