CASPER, Wyo. — The 2024 Wyoming Health Fairs Health & Wellness Expo is back for its second year at the Ford Wyoming Center this Saturday, Jan. 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The expo will feature a range of activities and resources designed to promote physical and mental health, according to a release.
Admission to the expo is free.

- The Casper-Natrona County Health Department Stage will host a variety of presentations including:
- 9:30 a.m.: BestMed Urgent Care
- 10:15 a.m.: Wyoming Health Fairs
- 11 a.m.: Casper Medical Imaging – the importance of medical imaging
- 11:45 a.m.: VIBES – music therapy for wellness
- 12:30 p.m.: JR’s Hunt for Life – suicide prevention
- Interactive Workshops: Join us in the activities area for a variety of hands-on demonstrations and workshops, including:
- 10:15 a.m.: Iris Clubhouse – Breaking Barriers: Understanding and Challenging the Stigma of Mental Illness
- 11 a.m.: All In the Eyes – Modern Day Qigong
- 11:45 a.m.: Santosha Yoga – Journey through the subtle realms of the spine, discovering supreme release yoga through discussion and experience
- Grand Prize Drawing: One lucky winner will take home a prize package consisting of event tickets, multiple gift certificates and gift cards, swag, tote bags, water bottles and more! You do not have to be present to win. Limit one entry per person. Adults ages 18+ only. Employees of Ford Wyoming Center and the immediate families (spouse, parents, sibling, and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the households, whether or not related, of each of the above.
