CASPER, Wyo. — Laramie Police officials say that a man has been recommended for felony charges after an early morning arrest on Friday.

On December 13, 2019 at approximately 2:00 am Laramie Police Officers say they responded to a report of a domestic dispute occurring in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Street.

As a result of the Officers’ investigation, Levi K. Mann, a 22-year-old Laramie resident, was arrested and charged with a recommended felony charge of Strangulation of a Household Member. 

He was also charged with Domestic Battery , Simple Assault, Property Destruction, and Interference, which are all misdemeanors. 

Bond has not yet been set on the felony charge and Mr. Mann remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.

All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
