CASPER, Wyo. — Multiple Casper residents have been charged in an alleged fentanyl delivery conspiracy. One source told Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigations agents that Kathleen Joy Lindsay had been selling 2,000 fentanyl pills a week for several months.

Lindsay and the other alleged co-conspirators are presumed innocent unless proven or pleading guilty.

In November 2023, DCI agents identified Lindsey, 35; Pamela Lynch, 67; Cameryn Sommers, 33, Eric Leach, 34; and Justin Hoskins, 39, as co-conspirators to varying degrees, according the DCI affidavit.

One source told agents that Lindsay would travel to Colorado multiple times a week to purchase drugs and that Lindsay would sell about 2,000 pills a week. On Nov. 30, agents got a warrant to install a tracking device on the vehicle used.

On Dec. 7, 2023, agents pulled the vehicle over on Interstate 25 in the Casper area. The search yielded about 1,000 suspected fentanyl pills and 27.7 grams of suspected methamphetamine, according to the affidavit.

Lynch and Lindsay were charged in following days with possession of felony amounts of both drugs in circuit court. About a month later, the conspiracy warrants for Lindsay, Lynch, Hoskins and Sommers were authorized and submitted, which include text conversations between Lindsay and the alleged source in Aurora, Colorado.

Lynch, Lindsay and Sommers were arrested at their residence in a neighborhood off of South Beverley Street on Feb. 15 and heard the conspiracy charges the next day. Hoskins was arrested and appeared late last week.

Sommers is also charged with two counts of fentanyl delivery after agents monitored two controlled purchases, the affidavit said.
