The Cheyenne Police Department says that they are searching for a missing teenager, who hasn’t been seen since early May.
According to information released by the Cheyenne PD, Neoganae Octyona Presbury was last seen in Cheyenne, on May 2, 2019. Neoganae is described as being 15 years old and was last seen in the capital city near West 28th Street and Snyder Avenue.
Officials say that Noganae is believed to be a runaway.
