It is an honor to be recognized for our commitment to quality. Superficial venous disease is extremely common affecting up to 25% of all women, 15% of all men, and over 50% of adults 50 years of age and older. Venous blood flowing in the wrong direction leads to ache, pain, swelling, and those blue bulging veins in the lower extremities. This is a true medical problem that is easily addressed with a clinical evaluation, an ultrasound, and a minimally invasive outpatient procedure. Referrals are not required for your consultation and the majority of insurance carriers including Medicare cover services for venous disease.
