Join us Saturday, June 4 for our Annual Oil City Gumbo Cookoff at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds benefitting the Wyoming Foundation for Cancer Care. Gates open at 11:00 a.m., and gumbo tasting will begin at 11:30 a.m. Tickets are $10 and include gumbo tasting and live music from Quinlan Valdez, Chad Lore, The Avengers, and The Red Butte Band. There will be a vendor fair, beer tent, and kids’ activity area, and the Wyoming National Guard will be there with a HIMARS rocket truck, Humvee, and LMTV five-ton truck, making this event one the whole family can enjoy.
