In late May, members of the Regency Hotel Management team accepted the role of overall management of Boston’s Pizza and the Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel. After 40 years of owning and managing the Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center, it was a natural fit and an exciting opportunity to lend Regency’s expertise to the two businesses.
Boston’s Pizza opened its doors in July 2024, and after several management changes, Chelsie Burns brings exciting new standards to her general manager role.
For Chelsie, food has never been simply about putting a meal on the table. It has been a passion, a creative outlet, and a career that has shaped much of her life.
Born and raised in South Carolina, Chelsie discovered her love for the culinary world at a young age. She began working in the industry at just 15 years old and, by the time she was 18, had already stepped into management roles. Over the years, she continued to grow her skills, eventually attending culinary school and developing a particular passion for baking and pastry.

Her dedication to her craft has not gone unnoticed. Chelsie earned first place in an FCCLA culinary competition and later took third place in a mac and cheese competition in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. While awards are certainly a proud part of her journey, Chelsie says the greatest reward comes from knowing she has put her heart into whatever she does.
That sense of pride extends far beyond the kitchen. Chelsie is also a mother to two daughters, who are at the center of her world. Balancing a demanding career, motherhood, and her own dreams has become part of the story she continues to write for herself and her family.
When she’s not working in the culinary world, Chelsie loves to travel. She has set an ambitious goal of visiting all 50 states and has already explored 18 of them. For her, each new state is more than just another place checked off a list — it’s another opportunity to experience something new, make memories, and see what lies beyond the familiar.
From a young girl discovering her love for cooking in South Carolina to a culinary professional, mother, and traveler with plenty of road still ahead, Chelsie’s story is one of determination and passion. Whether she’s perfecting a pastry, leading a team, raising her daughters, or planning her next adventure, one thing remains constant: She takes pride in everything she does — and she’s not finished seeing where that passion can take her.
Please come and explore the many menu options at Boston’s Pizza. While you’re there, be sure to say hello to Chelsie!
