As part of Regency Hotel Management’s vision for the Best Western Downtown Casper, Dustin Reynolds has joined the management team as the Banquet Manager for all hotel events. Dustin started working in food and beverage in 1998 as a waiter and banquet server while in high school in Wright, WY.

He moved to Casper in 2001 to attend Casper College and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Business Administration. After graduating, he started his hospitality career working in banquets at the Holiday Inn on the River.

In 2007 Dustin was promoted to Food and Beverage Manager, where he stayed until his departure in 2010. The Parkway Plaza was calling, and Dustin joined the team as a Banquet Supervisor at the end of 2010 and was rewarded for his talents, being promoted to Banquets and Banquet Bar Manager in 2012.

Dustin departed after the sale of the hotel in 2016, moving to the Ramkota Hotel and becoming part of the Regency Hotel Management team. He served as Banquet Manager there as well as overseeing Maintenance operations starting in 2020. Dustin accepted the invitation of Regency in June and is now back in familiar territory.

A Fresh Chapter, Backed by Experience

Regency Hotel Management is thrilled to have Dustin back on board and confident that Dustin and his staff will continue to provide superior guest service for Best Western Downtown Casper events.

Boston’s Pizza and Best Western Downtown Casper are proudly part of Regency Hotel Management, bringing more than 60 years of hospitality experience and a renewed commitment to the guest experience to the property.
